Step One: make the phone call

I do not do internet bookings because i like to offer a personalised service, so please phone me to first discuss your personal requirements

Step Two: Make an Sms provisional booking.

This is of Paramount importance,and ensures that I have all your relevant details with me at all times. As soon as I receive the sms, your details are placed on my calendar, so that your time slot is not given to anybody else. You then have 24 hours to make a final confirmation by email.

The sms must include. Your name, Company , Cellphone No, A landline contact no. The day , date and starting time of your event, and the fee as verbally agreed upon.

Step 3: Send me an Email of final confirmation.

This means that you acknowledge sole liability for final settlement of the agreed upon sum. After posting confirmation, you may not cancel or postpone. It is a binding agreement from your side, to affirm that you will pay me in cash, upon completion of my service.
